Seaside 1 is the first phase of the “Koni Seaside” beachfront residential development by Gruppo Koni, located in the Rana e Hedhun area of Shëngjin, on Albania’s northern Adriatic coast. The project brought a modern residential complex directly onto the Shëngjin seafront, offering apartments with sea views close to the town’s beach and promenade. It set the template — in location, architectural approach, and market positioning — for Gruppo Koni’s subsequent and larger “Seaside 2” development, which is currently under construction nearby.
