Project description
Discover a new way of living in Milano 3. Corte Gea brings together 83 homes in six four-storey buildings, set around a landscaped garden podium in Basiglio, just minutes from Milan.
Every home is designed around light, comfort and green views, from ground-floor apartments with private gardens to homes with balconies and loggias. Smart-home technology, rooftop solar panels and 24/7 security make everyday life simple and sustainable.
Designed by ITCH Società d’Architettura and built by Gruppo Koni, Corte Gea is now under construction, with completion expected by the end of 2026.
