Gruppo Koni was founded in Milan, Italy, built on reliability, quality and sustainable design.
2015
After years of experience in Italy, the company brought its expertise home to Albania, opening its base in Lezhë.
2019
Seaside 1 became the company’s first project as a developer, marking a new chapter.
