Koni Seaside 2 is a residential and services development located along the coastline of Shëngjin, near the Ranë e Hedhun area in Lezhë. The project is conceived as a distinctive architectural development that responds to and complements the unique natural setting and the Adriatic coastline. The residence comprises four sections, each extending across 5–6 above-ground floors, with one or two underground levels dedicated to parking.

The project places a strong emphasis on quality, architectural character, and harmony with its surroundings. The façades feature decorative elements, aluminium grille detailing, and an external thermal insulation system, while the balconies incorporate natural greenery to strengthen the connection with the surrounding landscape. Large windows and glazed surfaces allow abundant natural light to penetrate the interiors, creating bright and welcoming living spaces. The common areas and outdoor landscaping are carefully planned and organized to provide residents with comfortable, functional, and attractive spaces throughout the year.
